Are you an experienced Social Media Community Manager with a great writing voice and experience with both consumer and business? Teb is seeking a Social Media Community Manager (remote work) for our hi-tech client’s team, responsible for the day-to-day management of a specific social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). You will work closely with the Digital Marketing & Brand Teams to build brand relevance and relationship with customers. Your responsibilities will include content curation, planning, social listening, and engaging. The ideal candidate will have a mix of B2B and Consumer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ideate on real-time content, including video, that will drive social conversation for the specific social media platform
- Contribute in developing the social voice of the brand
- Plan, manage, and schedule the community’s social media strategy for a specific platform
- Explore new platforms and cultural initiatives and conversations to integrate into community conversations as well as industry trends to create additional opportunities for the brand and move fluidly with the changes and shifts in social media culture
- Monitor the daily social conversation of our followers, other brands, teams, and influencers to gauge social media sentiment.
- Work with Social Media Communications Leader on social channel performance, insights, recommendations, and providing regularly scheduled reports.
- Turn analytical and community insights into brand-relevant ideas.
- Maintain a level of professional knowledge of the client’s brand
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Excellent writing skills with a portfolio to back it up
- B2B and Consumer social media experience
- Ability to work and communicate with a team in an online collaboration platform.
- Understanding of popular social media platforms, emerging networks, and apps.
- Ability to uncover popular memes, cultural trends, use authentic social vernacular.
- Ability to understand and interpret social media analytics
- Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously within compressed time frames, while still maintaining effectiveness
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and work proactively with minimal supervision to achieve deadlines
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Resourceful, innovative, and creative
- Bachelor's Degree
