We are looking for a Martech Recruiter to add to our team. This is an entry level opportunity. If you are not familiar with Martech Recruiting we are happy to train for the right person! This role can be a work-from-home position for most of the work-week. 

What you’ll do 

· Manage efficient, fast-paced recruiting that provides every candidate a great experience while discerning for the critical skills 

· Develop and manage recruiting searches to include developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings/advertising, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing resumes, and screening/interviewing candidates 

· Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess technical baseline as well as skills to be a successful fit 

· Build talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas that quickly yield into hiring outcomes for our clients 

· Provide communication to our client account managers on the status of each order until filled 

What you’ll bring 

· 2-5 years recruiting and sourcing experience working in a high volume recruiting/sourcing environment 

· Driven, positive, can-do attitude, that doesn’t accept the status quo 

· Passion for learning all areas of marketing and multiple industries 

· Experience sourcing candidates creatively through multiple channels 

· Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

· Successfully strike the right balance between flexibility and efficiency 

· Undergraduate degree
